As you know Bipolar II is predominantly extended episodes of depression with limited occasions of Hyper-mania or mania. These can fluctuate on a rapid cycle and all poles of emotion can be as extreme as Bipolar I or Rapid Cycling. Drugs will help mitigate these extremes and frequency. The forum would be a good place to open a discussion thread about this as all cases of Bipolar are assessed and apparent on an individual basis.
