		<description>Hi there Bipolar20326, we have come across Bipolar II individuals that have shown both mixed episodes and rapid cycling at the same time.

As you know Bipolar II is predominantly extended episodes of depression with limited occasions of Hyper-mania or mania. These can fluctuate on a rapid cycle and all poles of emotion can be as extreme as Bipolar I or Rapid Cycling.

Drugs will help mitigate these extremes and frequency.

The forum would be a good place to open a discussion thread about this as all cases of Bipolar are assessed and apparent on an individual basis.</description>
